Overview

 This is a machine that combine 1/2-component type automated dispenser with automated vacuum molding machine and integrates both with conveyors for loader and unloader.
 

When injected in a vacuum, the liquid level will go down after exposing to the air, so after that, secondary injection is taken place in the air on the conveyor on the side of unloader.
The cycle time varies greatly depend on vacuum time; this is related to vacuum chamber size, exhaust velocity of vacuum pump and vacuum degree at starting injection.

All settings and single-acting operations can be performed with the front panel switch.
